The mission of Scouting America/The Golden Empire Council is to prepare young people for life by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
Since 1920, Scouting America/The Golden Empire Council have proudly served the youth of Northern California, providing programs that inspire character development, leadership skills, community service, and a commitment to ethical decision-making. Serving over 8,000 youth annually, we are dedicated to building a stronger, more engaged community guided by the timeless values of Scouting.
