Gabby Petito Case: FBI Issues Arrest Warrant for Brian Laundrie

DENVER -- Federal agents now have an arrest warrant to use against Brian Laundrie.

The FBI Denver office says the U.S. District Court of Wyoming issued the warrant for "Use of Unauthorized Access Devices" related to what it said were Laundrie's activities following her death. The warrant says he used a Capital One debit card and a personal ID number for two Capital One bank accounts, to acquire things of value worth more than $1,000.

It gives them a reason to arrest Laundrie as they continue investigating the homicide of Gabby Petito. The bureau is also encouraging people to come forward with information on Petito's death, including anyone who was in the Spread Creek camping area from August 27-30.

As of now, Laundrie is not charged with Petito's murder.
