South Florida law enforcement out in full force this Martin Luther King Jr Holiday on the lookout for illegal street takeovers. Miami Police Chief Manny Morales says they're enforcing the "Wheels up, Guns Down" campaign with a zero tolerance for anyone nabbed recklessly driving or blocking the flow of traffic. He says that's because they have 54 officers in the nation's capital working inauguration security. A new state law took effect last July saying anyone involved in a street takeover of ten or more cars can face felony charges.
