Today on 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, Cowboys' head coach Brian Schottenheimer explained his decision to reorganize the team's locker room in order to build stronger connections between key players like Dak Prescott and Micah Parsons. LaVar Arrington, Brady Quinn and Jonas Knox explain how players might feel this is a violation of their personal spaces and could ultimately backfire in Schottenheimer's face.

LaVar Arrington: "You're getting your opportunity to be a head coach. The one thing you don't want to do is start off on the wrong foot and the worst thing you can do is have your veterans looking like, 'Bro, I'm not a child.'"
Brady Quinn: "Your locker is a little bit like a sacred place. It's the only thing in the facility that feels like your property. It's the only place that feels like your place to deal with whether it's the stress, the pressure, whether it's a just a moment to decompress, check your phone, saying something to one of your loved ones. It's weird."
Jonas Knox: "For people that work in an office job, I've had a cubicle before, it's this little enclosure and if you came in there one day and all your stuff had been moved and they told you to go to another place, it would kind of throw you off a little bit."
