The Florida Keys will likely see the greatest impact from Potential Tropical Cyclone Four tomorrow and Sunday.
This afternoon Monroe County Emergency Management announced, while there could be some tropical storm force winds and flooding, they do not anticipate closing government offices, the airports are fully operational, and bus service will continue.
The County reminds residents that sandbags usually don't help with the type of flooding usually seen in the Keys.
